Dr. Freeman is President and Managing Partner of Blankenship & Seay Consulting Group. He has over 30 years of experience offering personality assessment and consulting services to a wide variety of organizations including Fortune 100 companies, mid-sized businesses, partnerships, family-owned businesses, and individuals. These clients span many industries, including banking, electric and gas utilities, food and restaurant services, insurance, engineering, construction, manufacturing, and healthcare.

Much of his work focuses on employee selection and development. His specialties include leadership assessment and development, leadership training, executive coaching, succession planning, personality assessment, and organizational surveys.

Mark is a graduate of Auburn University. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Mississippi State University. He is a member of the American Psychological Society and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. In his spare time, Mark enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with his family.
